용서 부부

Listening all CNBlue albums: Ear Phone, Bluetory, Bluelove, In My Head, Banmal Song, First Step, Juniel, Lie. Today I feel tired, and feel much much better after listen CN Blue.

I like CN Blue after heard 정용화sang Don’t say Goodbye. I like that song sooo much, because of the music and the way he sang it (that time I didn’t know the lyric yet). I just can’t believe my ear listen to 용화 voice when he sang that song, omo…such a nice voice, since I’ve heard he sang I’m a loner.

Before it I didn’t knew CN Blue (I only knew Banmal Song, 반말 송, – I Like this song), from the member I only knew 용화, since I saw You’re Beautiful, 용화 first drama series. I’m not Soshi nor Boice.

Then I saw WGM Khuntoria (first WGM couple I watch), I knew that 용화 follow it with 서현 (WGM Horror Episode), but people said that they were bored couple, better Adam couple than them. So I skip them and only follow Khuntoria couple, then continue with Adam couple.

I also watch Running Man when 용화 become one of their guest stars, I like 용화 from that time. He is cleaver, brave and talented (not all famous singer had talent as he have right now). I watch every episode of 용화 when he attended at Running Man.

Till one day, about April this year, I visit DVD store, and they sell many Korean variety show, one of them is 용서. Actually I’m looking for Adam couple, but the series weren’t complete, so I bought 용서.

From the first episode I already like them, even the awkward moment, I like it.

I think WGM session 2 is DAEBAK. They give us 3 different couple:

1. Already know each other : Adam Couple
2. Didn’t know or adore each other : Goguma Couple
3. One person adore other :  Khuntoria Couple

For me 용서, is a good example to made relationship with someone that we never knew before. It grow slow but sure. The story wasn’t like drama series, but real, it’s what happen to young people for the first time meeting (don’t forget that they only 20 and 22 years old). By the way, they still too young to get married, so don’t expected too much from them.

I wanna learn like 서현, get out from her comfortable “box”, learn something that she never knew before, but put effort on it, and seriously with it.

From 용서 couple it’s told how to made relation, from Khuntoria I learn how to maintain it.

Since I like music and books, so I like this couple so much. I like 용화 personality, he taught 서현 well, be a good oppa for her. When I watch their third date at Jongro music stores, I like how they play the instruments, guitar, flute, violin, especially play piano together, for me it’s awesome. They play it just like that, without practiced, even I still can heard 용화 miss the tone, but overall is good :)

At the 2nd date, they sing together “Falling Slowly”, I heard Adam couple sang this song, and for me it’s awful, even Kim Jong Hyun (Ex SS501 – sing this song for his wife, WGM season 1). But 용서, once again without practice, they did it well, the best performance for WGM couple for sing Falling Slowly. So from that time I become Goguma couple lover.

Then funny episode when 서현 taught CN Blue member dance Oh and Genie, I was laugh of loud, Minhyuk look depress (I think he’s pathetic, and said that he can't learn dance hehehe).

Then I saw Jonghyun so handsome, when he already cut his hair short. Omo….neomu mosda…na joahae. CN Blue best vocal members, and the handsome one for me.

I really like 서현, I never knew SNSD member before, I only know Yoona (I saw her drama with Kwon Sang Won). 서현 was adorable girl. Even only 20 year old, but she was so mature, already set up her mind for her future. With all her personality and her less acknowledgement of relationship, she is the best example to be “mentor” for first relationship.

They match very well. I like when they compose song together, sing together, give encouragement each other, teach each other, and give positive influence for each other. This is the relationship supposed to be. I always watch 용서 WGM, over and over, even I already watch it for many times.

Even I older then 서현, but I learned many things from her character (She was maknae member of famous girl band which is now already well known in the whole world, from Asia, Europe till America) , learn to take care health, to behave with other, parents, her kindness, etc.

What I like most is how 용서 couple expressed their feeling through words in letters. Their letter was cute, simple but deep meaning.

용화 really lucky ever knew person like her, even now they only friends (best friends, one day will become girl friends hehehe). Same with 서현, she was lucky meet nice guy like 용화 for her first relationship.

What made me crazy with this couple is the song 용화 compose, like Love Light, Banmal Song, Love Love Love, Don’t say Goodbye, Still in Love, Fool. So many song 용화 compose, and I think he definitely think of 서현 when compose it.

Even now, I’m listen to Banmal song over and over, while write about them ^_^.

Now, their WGM already over for 2 years, but they still contact each other, and 서현 attend at CNBlue concert at Dec 2012. I’m happy knowing they still contact each other. I’m happy they still friends, and really hope that they in relationship.

SNSD eonni approve, CNBlue member of course will support their hyung, both parents approve, we – their fans really wish they become couple.

Haters, just let them with their own opinion, there always pro and contra in every things in this world. As long as the worlds still turning, then pro and contra will always there.

Finally, I found the best soundtrack (for me this is the best part), when Yonghwa knit scarf for Soehyun – Ep 49, part she read Yonghwa book (Soehyun scarf doll page), it was very nice song. And I had to search for 8 month, follow soompi thread, read the page one by one. 

The title was Sweet Love (스윗러브), by Acoustic Collabo (어쿠스틱콜라보). Trust me it very good song...The lyric just exactly 용서...

KHUNTORIA

It’s start from Dream High Korean Drama. Many people said it was good drama and it’s had high rating at Korea. And this year (2011) they will made 2^nd sequel of Dream High.

First time when I watch the movie, I already like IU (which is I didn’t know before), she had nice, clearly voice. I didn’t know well Korean singer or boy/girl band, I only know a few of their actors, so I didn’t know that she’s already had 3 albums (wooow….she’s only 18 years old), and receive many awards.

When I finish watch the drama, I watch it over and over. And made me search a lot information about them. Actually it was Milky couple who made me stuck on Dream High. Good job for Woo Young and IU. I like them both, and at that time I really hope that they could be a couple.

Then I knew that IU was big fans of Tae Yang - Big Bang. It’s a little bit disappointed, since it’s seems Woo Young interested with her, but I wish all the best for them. From IU I also know that she had duet with Sung Shi Gyeong (My fav Korean Ballad singer after Shin Seung Hun), It’s you. I Listen to their song everydays (It’s gooood song), also all Dream High soundtrack, my fav Someday - IU.

From there I know about Big Bang (I’m not fan of Big Bang), but after I know their song, I become like Big Bang, till now my fav was Gara Gara Go. Then I knew that Big Bang was very famous, and I never heard their song before. I only know DBSK – now become JYJ, since I like Micky Yoochun – it’s also because Sungkyunkwan Scandals Korean drama.

Of course, I found information about 2PM also. I only know Heart Break, Again and Again (My fav song), before I watch the drama. I didn’t like 2PM, till now I still didn’t know all members. Then I knew about Nickhun. For me he was awesome, not because he’s handsome, but because he can speak many language, one of it was Thai Language – I know it’s not easy to learn it.

Then I knew that he was foreign from Thailand (no wonder he can speak Thai), found by JYP at America and become a famous boy band at Korea. It’s made me become more adore him. Sine it wasn’t easy learn Korean Language (Korea Language had 2 method, formally and informal, also many condition for the batchim – I knew because I’m in progress learn Korean Language).

After that I knew about WGM, Khuntoria, Victoria, F(x). I like f(x) Pinocchio (danger). To be honestly – I didn’t like  Nickhun voice (I like bass voice rather than tenor, I think Nickhun voice was tenor), but I also didn’t know Vic voice also. But both of them was awesome and good looking.

WGM brought me to know 2AM, because of JoKwon, (I never heard their song before). They all had nice voice for sure. Now my fav was You wouldn’t answer my calls. I like their voice, so cleary.

When I knew Nickhun and Vic, both of them was couple from foreign, Vic from Qing Dao – China. It’s made me more interest with Khuntoria. The more I knew about them, the more I admire them.

Both of them was special for me, I didn’t knew it’s that only for WGM or its was their real attitude in real life.

I like Vic, for her age, she can be a good wife (I didn’t know, can I be like her as a good wife one days?) Yeah, she still had child site also (everybody does, aren’t we?), but she can overcome it. Her plus point was she can cook, polite, and it’s seem she was good daughter, strong, as I knew she was good in management.

And as she was famous girl band member, she had many schedule to be done, but she can be a good wife also, even when tired she’s still smile, made food for Nickhun (two thumb for Vic).

Also Nickhun, I like his behavior, not rush, polite, sometimes made me frustration also, why He didn’t made any move to Vic. I only can wish, that one day I can had a husband like Nickhun.

Well, as we know that  WGM wasn’t a drama movie, so we can’t expect as drama scene (even vastly I want it, I really want Nick kiss Vic).

It’s seems their was seriously to had this relationship, if not, they weren’t act like that (as other couple, except for Jokwon and Gain, only act for WGM, after WGM over then they over also, no more contact).

I like their wedding photograph, Vic was so simple. Wedding dress, make up, hair do, accesories was simple, but it's perfect on her. I like the wedding ring. For me it's beautiful, I didn't know was the ring prepare by WGM team or Nichkhun choose for Victoria. If he did so, he had good taste. One day I wanna had ring like that too.

Well how the way they kiss at wedding session, was not satisfy for me (It's not really kiss). But I do believe that time both of them was very happy, because they had feeling for each other, also respect each other, if not, then the kiss just like made movie, do as write on the script .

The more I search information about Khuntoria, the more I like them. Maybe it's because they from different country, and both of made debut at Korea, which both was success. Then when film WGM at Korea, they behave in polite, since both had different culture (Thai & China), even all country was at Asian, but each country had their own culture. They just like true couple. They inspired me on how to made the relationship work, how to threat each other, how to take care of each other.

OMG, I just watch Ep. 55 - both of them were sooooo cute. I wish I had couple like nichkhun also, he respect Victoria – taking good care of her, always try to do many thing to pleasant her. Well, sometimes it’s look silly things, but it’s so ..…..hmm how to say it….. it can make Victoria up and down. Nichkhun love letter was simple but it’s truly deep meaningful.
Because of them I look silly smiling front of my laptop.

I like the back sound of their weeding photograph. After I watch Ep 53 – I google it, try to find it – and.... I GOT IT. The title was Even If – by 2 be 3. (Lyric was perfect, match with this couple).

Ooohh….is just like them, isn’t it…  

Khuntoria  hwaitting……even there was some people anti for this couple, but it's OK (it's not 1% from all people on this world). Pro and contra was common things, It's mean they were love by many people,  many people care about them.

So....加油努力吧, 還有很多人支撐你們 ^^.

Watching preview of Khuntoria WGM Ep 63, Vic was cry – she never tears at WGM before. Then at allkpop, facebook, twitter, yfrog, many people said that this couple will end soon, since 2PM will had their world concert and F(x) will busy with SMtown. I'm not notice all of that,, cause after they had their wedding photo shoot many people comment like that also, but they still filming WGM.

Then Nickhun declare it at his twitter account that they gonna leave WGM. I was feel so sad for a few days for this separation (even WGM show for Khuntoria couple still had 2 last Episode).

I try to recaps at my mind from 1^st episode when they meet each other, what they do, their skin ship, how they relay on each other, caring on each other, their attitude, their romance, their good memories, and many other things I can not mention it.

I just realized that nothing will last forever. Even I desperately want to watch them every Saturday. But, this is the real, soon or later one day, they will leave WGM. One thing I learn from this, that from the first time knowing something or someone (good or bad), then I already get to prepare for the farewell.

I really thankful for Khuntoria, they teach me a lot. They teach me how to make a good relationship, introduce me many good song, teach me how to lean on someone. I appreciated how they try so hard to make their “Wedding” comes true.

Now, I only can wish all the best for both of them. No matter how they relationship will be at the future. I will support and remember them always. Thank you Nickhun, Thank you Victoria, I wish success for both of you.

They separation teach me that I had to respect, appreciate every days is a value present, so just do they best for all the things, no matter it was good or bad, things I like or not.

Again, thank you Khuntoria ....Next year, when I visit South Korea, I'll go to Building 63 and Namsan Tower..

One more lesson from Khuntoria WGM.
Just one week after they ended at September 17, 2011 – I follow many Khuntoria web (just wanna know how they progress) – many admin didn’t knew what should they post, and there were some admin stop publish about Khuntoria.
So…what precious is not the aim, not the purpose, but process, all things they did together. And Khuntoria really appreciate all the moment, and give all as the best they can do.

Mio vs Beat

Sengaja nulis artikel ini buat bantu pembeli motor matic. Sering kali blog yang ditemukan isinya tentang kapasitas mesin, rpm, torsi, dsb. Yang istilahnya sama sekali tidak ku mengerti.
Yah maklum aja, saya cuma user motor yang sangat awam, yang cuma bisa pake motor, isi bensin aja.

Pertama kali saya belajar motor matic naik Honda Beat. Bagi saya yang sama sekali ga jago naik motor, itu sulit dan motornya berat.
Belajar 2 mingguan, masih belum lancar, bawa keliling kompleks putar2 selama 3 bulan. Baru bawa ke jalan besar, itupun belum lancar.
Kira2 5 bulan kemudian baru lancar naik motor.

Nah, habis bisa naik matic lancar trus naik motor manual. Dulu sudah pernah belajar naik manual, tapi dah lama banget.
Ternyata bener kata orang lebih enak naik motor matic.
Tanya kenapa ?
Soalnya motor matic meskipun tidak digas, (posisi sudah jalan, trus jalan macet) bisa jalan. Kalau manual, ga digas, ga bakal jalan.
Matic juga ga perlu ganti gigi, tinggal gas aja (kaki ga cape).

Naik manual ngegas enteng, kalo motor matic gas lebih berat (Motor beat).

Pas mo beli motor, maunya sih beli Honda Beat (soalnya sudah pernah pake), tapi berhubung sudah punya motor Beat (punya sodara), masa beli Beat lagi. Kalo suzuki spin boros banget bensinnya (kata orang kantor yang punya motor itu). Jadi pilihan jatuh di Mio.

Harga lebih murah Mio 150ribu dari Beat.

Tips beli motor apapun, beli didealer motor yang besar, karena mereka berani kasih potongan harga tinggi, selisih harga bisa sampai 400ribu dari harga standar (untuk pembelian tunai).

Kelebihan beat, ada kunci pengaman dan jagang samping.

Kalo bensin, tergantung pemakaian, beda tipis selisihnya.
Spion Beat lebih keren, alat kunci motor lebih lengkap daripada Mio.
Kunci Beat juga lebih keren kayak kunci mobil, kalo Mio, kayak kunci laci lemari hehehehe....

Motor beat lebih berat. Mio cocok buat orang yang belum pernah naik motor matic. Untuk pemula lah. Jarak ke tanah juga lebih pendek Mio, jadi lebih cocok untuk orang yang pendek.

Motor Beat mantap bawaannya, Mio enteng bawanya. Karena motornya mantap, jadi kalo mo belok, setir harus benar2 belok, kalo mio, stang setir enteng.

Bagasi, walaupun kata salesmannya sama saja volumenya. Tapi menurut saya bagasi Mio lebih lebar, bisa isi lebih banyak dari Beat.

Berhubung motor Mio saya disetting hemat (hemat bahan bakar), jadi kalo pagi starter motor rada susah, harus pake stater kaki, starter elektrik susah. Apalagi kalo habis kena hujan, starter juga susah. Kata orang setting motornya diganti biasa aja.

Cuma waktu service pertama kali, berhubung motor jarang dipake, kilometer ga sampe 500, rpmnya diturunkan, ga ngerti apa itu rpm Cuma hasilnya sama aja, starter juga masih susah.

Jok mio lebih empuk dari beat. Untuk jarak tempuh yang jauh mio lebih nyaman daripada beat. Hasil pembuangan gas Mio lebih berbau dibanding Beat.
Mio disediakan cook - berfungsi bila sulit starter. Pada beat tidak ada cook.
Lampu Mio lebih bagus dan lebih terang. Jarak lampur lebih jauh dibandingkan beat.

Sejauh ini saya ok aja naik Mio, kecuali starter tidak ada keluhan yang lain.

Oh ya, saya isi bensin Pertamax plus atau Shell, saran dari semua orang yang naik motor, lebih bagus dan irit daripada Premium. 1 minggu saya hanya isi bahan bakar 1 kali (jarang pakai soalnya), sekali isi Shell = Rp. 25.000 (bisa tahan 1 minggu), itupun ga sampai habis bis.

Sudah 1 minggu lebih motor Mio saya tidak saya pakai (karena jatuh hehehe), terakhir saya isi shell full tank. 1 minggu cuma dipanasi 3-4 kali saja. Anehnya indikator bensin turun 1 strip, koq bisa menguap ya bahan bakarnya? 

Saya mau update info terbaru tentang motor matic. Pengalaman waktu banjir (banjir sampai di knalpot) saya naik motor beat. Motor bisa melaju walaupun agak ngebut. Saran saya kalau banjir lebih baik naik beat, karena motor lebih berat dan mantap. Motor Mio lebih ringan, dikhawatirkan saat banjir naik mio, bisa hilang keseimbangan.

WHY TO MOVE

Pengen share aja sama temen temen, ada artikel bagus...

Kejadian ini sering kali terjadi sama kita (at least pernah terpikir dalam benak kita). Artikel ini sangat mengena pada diri saya sendiri, karena pernah mengalami hal seperti ini. Dalam kondisi perusahaan yang kurang baik, masih saja bertahan, alasan hanya karena bos baik. Tapi pada akhirnya, sudah sampai titik puncak mungkin, pindah juga.

Point penting yang juga ingin saya sampaikan bahwa, jangan merasa menjadi orang penting atau orang yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, karena meskipun pada akhirnya kita keluar, mungkin karyawan yang baru belum bisa melaksanakan tugas seperti kita yang sudah bekerja bertahun tahun, tapi perusahaan tetap saja berdiri. Tanpa kitapun (walaupun karyawan terbaik atau karyawan teladan), perusahaan tetap akan berjalan. Seperti kata orang orang life must go on, hal ini berlaku juga buat perusahaan.

WHY TO MOVE

Mengapa karyawan meningggalkan perusahaan (atau paling tidak sering ngedumel)? Berikut ini petikan dari bukunya Haris Priyatna yang berjudul Azim Premji, "Bill Gates" dari India (terbitan Mizania 2007).

Azim Premji adalah milyuner muslim dari India yang telah menyulap Wipro, dari sebuah perusahaan minyak goreng menjadi konglomerasi perusahaan dengan salah satunya adalah Wipro Technologies yang merupakan ikon kebangkitan industri teknologi informasi di India. Dia urutan ke-21 orang terkaya di dunia versi Forbes 2007. Azim dikenal sebagai milyuner yang bergaya hidup sederhana.

Berikut ini pandangan Premji tentang mengapa karyawan betah dan tidak betah dengan perusahaan. Wipro sendiri memiliki tinkat turn-over (kepindahan) karyawan yang sangat rendah, padahal gajinya tidak lebih tinggi dibandingkan perusahaan sejenis seperti Infosys dan TCS.

Mengapa KARYAWAN meninggalkan perusahaan?

Banyak perusahaan yang mengalami persoalan tingginya tingkat pergantian karyawan. Betapa orang mudah keluar-masuk perusahaan itu. Orang meninggalkan perusahaan untuk gaji yang lebih besar, karier yang lebih menjanjikan, lingkungan kerja yang lebih nyaman, atau sekedar alasan pribadi. Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan persoalan ini.

Belum lama ini, Sanjay, seorang teman lama yang merupakan desainer software senior, mendapatkan tawaran dari sebuah perusahaan internasional prestisius untuk bekerja di cabang operasinya di India sebagai pengembang software. Dia tergetar oleh tawaran itu. Sanjay telah mendengar banyak tentang CEO perusahaan ini, pria karismatik yang sering dikutip di berita-berita bisnis karena sikap visionernya. Gajinya hebat. Perusahaan itu memiliki kebijakan SDM ramah karyawan yang bagus, kantor yang masih baru, dan teknologi mutakhir, bahkan sebuah kantin yang menyediakan makanan lezat.

Sanjay segera menerima tawaran itu. Dua kali dia dikirim ke luar negeri untuk pelatihan. "Saya sekarang menguasai pengetahuan yang paling baru", katanya tak lama setelah bergabung. Ini betul-betul pekerjaan yang hebat dengan teknologi mutakhir. Ternyata, kurang dari delapan bulan setelah dia bergabung, Sanjay keluar dari pekerjaan itu. Dia tidak punya tawaran lain di tangannya, tetapi dia mengatakan tidak bisa bekerja di sana lagi. Beberapa orang lain di departemennya pun berhenti baru-baru ini.

Sang CEO pusing terhadap tingginya tingkat pergantian karyawan. Dia pusing akan uang yang dia habiskan dalam melatih mereka. Dia bingung karena tidak tahu apa yang terjadi. Mengapa karyawan berbakat ini pergi walaupun gajinya besar ? Sanjay berhenti untuk satu alasan yang sama yang mendorong banyak orang berbakat pergi. Jawabannya terletak pada salah satu penelitian terbesar yang dilakukan oleh Gallup Organization. Penelitian ini menyurvei lebih dari satu juta karyawan dan delapan puluh ribu manajer, lalu dipublikasikan dalam sebuah buku berjudul First Break All the Rules.

Penemuannya adalah sebagai berikut:

Jika orang-orang yang bagus meninggalkan perusahaan, lihatlah atasan langsung/tertinggi di departemen mereka. Lebih dari alasan apapun, dia adalah alasan orang bertahan dan berkembang dalam organisasi. Dan dia adalah alasan mengapa mereka berhenti, membawa pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan relasi bersama mereka. Biasanya langsung ke pesaing. Orang meninggalkan manajer/direktur anda, bukan perusahaan, tulis Marcus Buckingham dan Curt Hoffman penulis buku First Break All the Rules.

Begitu banyak uang yang telah dibuang untuk menjawab tantangan mempertahankan orang yang bagus - dalam bentuk gaji yang lebih besar, fasilitas dan pelatihan yang lebih baik. Namun, pada akhirnya, penyebab kebanyakan orang keluar adalah manajer. Kalau Anda punya masalah pergantian karyawan yang tinggi, lihatlah para manajer/direktur Anda terlebih dahulu. Apakah mereka membuat orang-orang pergi? Dari satu sisi, kebutuhan utama seorang karyawan tidak terlalu terkait dengan uang, dan lebih terkait dengan bagaimana dia diperlakukan dan dihargai. Kebanyakan hal ini bergantung langsung dengan manajer di atasnya.

Uniknya, bos yang buruk tampaknya selalu dialami oleh orang-orang yang bagus. Sebuah survei majalah Fortune beberapa tahun lalu menemukan bahwa hampir 75 persen karyawan telah menderita di tangan para atasan yang sulit.

Dari semua penyebab stres di tempat kerja, bos yang buruk kemungkinan yang paling parah. Hal ini langsung berdampak pada kesehatan emosional dan produktivitas karyawan. Pakar SDM menyatakan bahwa dari semua bentuk tekanan, karyawan menganggap penghinaan di depan umum adalah hal yang paling tidak bisa diterima. Pada kesempatan pertama, seorang karyawan mungkin tidak pergi, tetapi pikiran untuk melakukannya telah tertanam. Pada saat yang kedua, pikiran itu diperkuat. Saat yang ketiga kalinya, dia mulai mencari pekerjaan yang lain. Ketika orang tidak bisa membalas kemarahan secara terbuka, mereka melakukannya dengan serangan pasif, seperti: dengan membandel dan memperlambat kerja, dengan melakukan apa yang diperintahkan saja dan tidak memberi lebih, juga dengan tidak menyampaikan informasi yang krusial kepada sang bos.

Seorang pakar manajemen mengatakan, jika Anda bekerja untuk atasan yang tidak menyenangkan, Anda biasanya ingin membuat dia mendapat masalah. Anda tidak mencurahkan hati dan jiwa di pekerjaan itu. Para manajer bisa membuat karyawan stres dengan cara yang berbeda-beda: dengan terlalu mengontrol, terlalu curiga, terlalu mencampuri, sok tahu, juga terlalu mengecam. Mereka lupa bahwa para pekerja bukanlah aset tetap, mereka adalah agen bebas. Jika hal ini berlangsung terlalu lama, seorang karyawan akan berhenti - biasanya karena masalah yang tampak remeh. Bukan pukulan ke-100 yang merobohkan seorang yang baik, melainkan 99 pukulan sebelumnya. Dan meskipun benar bahwa orang meninggalkan pekerjaan karena berbagai alasan, untuk kesempatan yang lebih baik atau alasan khusus, mereka yang keluar itu sebetulnya bisa saja bertahan, kalau bukan karena satu orang yang mengatakan kepada mereka, seperti yang dilakukan bos Sanjay: Kamu tidak penting. Saya bisa mencari puluhan orang seperti kamu.

Meskipun tampaknya mudah mencari karyawan, pertimbangkanlah untuk sesaat biaya kehilangan seorang karyawan yang berbakat. Ada biaya untuk mencari penggantinya. Biaya melatih penggantinya. Biaya karena tidak memiliki seseorang untuk melakukan pekerjaan itu sementara waktu. Kehilangan klien dan relasi yang telah dibina oleh orang tersebut. Kehilangan moril sejawat kerjanya. Kehilangan rahasia perusahaan yang mungkin sekarang dibocorkan oleh orang tersebut kepada perusahaan lain. Plus, tentu saja, kehilangan reputasi perusahaan. Setiap orang yang meninggalkan sebuah korporasi akan menjadi dutanya, entah tentang kebaikan atau keburukan.

Times goes everyday

Times goes everyday……When alive not death send message at my email that Vannes Wu birthdays already close. You know, he was Taiwan’s big actors (First movie, was Meteor Garden – with F4).
It’s seem I just watch Next Stop Happiness (it’s good movie, you should take a look for it), which Vannes Wu and Ady An just celebrate their birthday at location making of the movie.

And now it’s going to that moment again.
Times goes by, and I’m still at here, same with last year. Still working at same office, same place, same neighborhood, same activity....

I did made changed of my life, but not such a big change. In this years, I had a new friends, visit wonderful place, go foreign, had new job description at my work, take lesson, and I’m still thinking, what kind of changing that I already made, but it’s seems no more ...

Being busy, and yes I’m busy, but my busy things only task, duty, obligation. It’s seems no value added add from all of that.

The things that I willy want, till now, I hadn’t achieve it yet.
People said that we had to dream, had high dream, the more high is better. But there’s people said also, that had a dream was not good, more high, more terrible, cause when it can be comes true, we got stresses for it. Hmmm…..it’s complicated I think.

Watch my niece and nephew grow up, and yes, they made changing everyday. Had new things, new experience. They grow everyday, slowly but sure. And I still here, same with yesterdays.

Two days before, my niece ask my activity, and she records all of my activity. She wrote my activity was, working, watch series movie (not everyday), sleeping, busy with social activity (not a lot activity actually), went to temple, and made homework (not everyday). That’s all, and she told me to sign at her report.

And today, I just realize that’s my activity was so common. Times goes by and I’m still doing same things.
Sometimes I think, do I had to take job at foreign? – I do had offer for it once at Beijing, and I already refuse it.
Or move to others town to get new job?
Or doing crazy things? (for this one – I don’t things so)

Asking my others friends, they said that they felt same things with me. And they just same with me, didn’t know how to face it.
It’s seems when age already past 30, this condition comes to us. It that’s right? Feel the same as I felt?

Many book I read, many seminary, or talk show I follow and hear.

Actually all saying same things, that if we want to made a big change, we had to try and go for it, don’t be afraid being fail, pray, be a good human, help each others, pray to God, always satisfy and thanks to God for all condition that we already had.

Do all of that, and the result still same. Everyday life with same things.

When I watch Oprah Show, and know that many people made a big change for their life, I feel happy for them. But, look inside my self , what should I do?
For this one, I already made myself busy, by follow or take or made activity, but, at the end, it’s still the same, it’s only short changing.

Any idea, what we had do with our short precious life?

Travelling & Expenditure Tips

Saat ini bukan lagi sesuatu yang sulit untuk melakukan travelling ke luar negri tanpa mengikuti rombongan tour.
Pertama-tama yang harus diperhatikan, promo penerbangan yang akan dipilih. Biasanya Air Asia mengadakan promo tiket Rp. 0 setiap tahunnya, selain itu ada alternatif lain, yaitu dengan Value Air (flight ke Singapore, kalau ingin flight ke negara lain bisa connecting flight disini).

Pada blog saya yang sebelumnya telah saya sampaikan bagaimana cara book Air Asia Rp. 0. Demikian juga dengan value Air. Setelah berhasil melakukan proses book, yang harus disusun selanjutnya adalah itinitery (Skedul perjalanan).

Penyusunan itinitery yang paling mudah adalah melakukan browsing dengan key word, jalan jalan hemat ke..... (negara yang dituju), disana akan terdisplay banyak blog pribadi, maupun web tour travel. Dari sana dapat diketahui tempat-tempat wisata yang biasanya dituju oleh wisatawan. Setelah itu disesuai dengan dengan jumlah hari kunjungan ke negara ybs.

Ikutilah blog travelling via internet untuk menanyakan kemungkinan itinitery yang telah disusun, seperti : Trip Advisor, Rough Guides, etc. Semakin banyak bertanya semakin baik. Sebelumnya masuk ke site wikipedia untuk mengetahui negara tersebut. Sipakan lebih dari 1 rencana itinitery. Itinitery disesuaikan dengan budget yang diinginkan.

Penyusunan budget, harus dilakukan dengan detail, transportasi, eat, hotel/hostel (of course hostel more cheper), uang masuk ke tempat wisata, how to go place you want to visit, by what, time it takes. Carilah penginapan yang transportasinya mudah, dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan. Tujuannnya bila tidak ada tempat yang dituju, masih bisa jalan jalan ke sana, dan lebih mudah membeli stuff and snack. Apabila melakukan perjalanan min. 4 orang atau lebih carilah penginapan apartemen. Diluar negri banyak sekali aparteman yang disewakan, disesuaikan dengan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan, (biasanya tersedia washing machine).

Bila melakukan travelling lebih dari 1 kota, dan tidak mau direpotkan dengan bagasi, carilan penginapan dengan fasilitas, free luggage storage, atau biasanya diluar negri disewakan locker untuk menitipkan bagasi.

Apabila melancong ke negara maju, usahakan untuk membeli kartu bis/MRT untuk menghemat waktu, sehingga tidak perlu untuk antri pembelian tiket. Transportasi luar negri (bis, kereta, MRT) dapat diketahui jadwal pemberangkatannya via online, bahkan ada yang bisa book via online.
Apabila berpergian saat peak season, lebih baik tiket dipersiapkan dahulu, supaya tidak kehabisan tiket, dan skedul yang telah disusun tidak berantakan.

Sangat penting untuk mengetahui barang barang apa yang istimewa dinegara tersebut, supaya tidak salah membeli oleh oleh, dan tidak membuang waktu di lokasi wisata.
Bagi yang tidak mau direpotkan dengan urusan transportasi, bisa mengikuti city tour atau menyewa kendaraan (disarankan untuk traveller min. 4 orang) lebih hemat. Info ini semua bisa dicari by browsing.

Hari kunjungan wisata juga harus diperhatikan, karena ada beberapa tempat wisata yang tutup pada hari hari tertentu.

Perhatikan juga pakaian yang harus dibawa, bawalah pakaian terbatas yang tidak makan space tempat pada bagasi, pakailah sepatu kets, bila ingin memakai sandal, pakailah sandal yang praktis dan tidak melelahkan. Tetapi lebih saya sarankan sepatu kets.
Bawalah sereal or chocolate or snack yang praktis, of course medicine also. Bawa vitamin, minyak angin, counterpain (must), dan obat2an lain yang diperlukan.
Makanan sangat harus diperhatikan, karena dengan tubuh yang sehat perjalanan akan menjadi menyenangkan.

Apabila, tiket (kereta, bus, MRT), penginapan, tour travel (bila berpergian dengan city tour), sudah dibook semua. Maka pocket money hanya untuk makan dan masuk ke tempat wisata plus untuk oleh oleh. Semakin dipersipakan semakin baik, supaya saat ditempat tujuan tidak kebingungan dan hemat waktu.

Autumn's Concerto - Next Stop, Happiness

This was such a good drama, I like it so much. It was good drama I ever watch after Fated to Love you.

Ady An as Liang mu Chen
Vanness Wu as Ren Guang Xi


Story as other drama like, but this one was good, they played so natural.
Lesson from this drama that you've got to fight with all you had, face everything without lie, even sometimes it's already fade away from your life but you still had to fight it back.


In this drama Vanness was quite handsome, I like his appearence here, this cutting was good for him. Vanness Jia You, I know you can do it, don't give up. Ady An good also, she played it naturaly. The Child (xiao xiao bin), he so cute and lovely.

Here the sypnosis :
Ren Guang Xi, a cocky law student, seems to lead the perfect life. He's the sole successor to a huge and famous business and a talented ice hockey player. But in reality, his lonely life lacks joy, laughter and motivation. That is until he meets Liang Mu Cheng, the new bento seller at his school canteen. Although orphaned at a young age, Mu Cheng does not let her past affect her and lives life with great passion and determination. A harmless bet brings the two together and Guang Xi slowly changes as Mu Cheng teaches him how to give and love. Tragedy strikes when Guang Xi suddenly has to go through a major brain surgery which causes him to lose his memory. His mother begs Mu Cheng to leave him and the latter has no choice but to do so. Little does she know that she already has Guang Xi's child.
Six years pass. Mu Cheng lives a quiet life with her young son in the countryside while Guang Xi is now a successful lawyer and is engaged to He Yi Qian, the kind and beautiful doctor who took care of him after his surgery. A strangely familiar piano piece stirs Guang Xi's heart as he struggles to recall his past romance with Mu Cheng. How will the couple make up for six years of lost time? Happiness, which stop do I alight at?

And hope I can had someone like Ren Guang Xi, and had a happy family as they did on the drama.

bisa terjual 80 juta dollar,
sedangkan bola basket bekas dengan merk sama,
bila kita jual harganya justru malah turun...

Hidup ini kok lucu,
kita seperti mengejar fatamorgana,
